The dance was so popular in the 1920s until the 1930s. The dance movement is a combination of a lot of movement, sepertijazz, tap, breakaway and Charleston.
Manning is A resident of Corona, Queens, died in Manhattan on April 27, 2009, aged 94.
He was interred in Plot Hillcrest at Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx, NY.
